Couples / Marriage Therapy: $150 Executive Functioning Coaching: $100

All appointments are 60 minutes with options for additional time if necessary

Yes, we accept insurance in the state of Maryland and are currently contracted with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, & Carefirst BCBS.

We are not in network with any insurance company. As an out-of-network provider, we provide a few options to make getting reimbursed easy and quick:

1. We offer the complimentary services of checking your benefits and submitting claims on your behalf once per month.

2. You can submit and track your claims with our online reimbursement system (Mentaya)

3. We will send you a monthly superbill (receipt for reimbursement) and you can upload it to your insurance company’s portal directly.

Insurance will often reimburse up to 50%–90% of the cost through your out-of-network benefits, depending on your plan.
