What is the cost of Diagnostic Evaluations?
We offer different options depending on your needs and financial constraints.
Diagnosis Confirmation Letter
Single Condition (Autism or ADHD): $500
Combined Autism & ADHD Evaluation: $700
If you are diagnosed, you will be provided with a Diagnosis Confirmation Letter. This document includes:
Your identifying information and the date of diagnosis
The diagnostic criteria that were met and your assessment results
The severity level of the diagnosis
Treatment recommendations
Information about your evaluating clinician
This letter can be used to seek accommodations or support in academic, workplace, or clinical settings.
Additional Add-Ons
Comprehensive Diagnostic Report (10+ Pages): $300
This report includes:
Mental health history
Detailed interpretation of assessment results,
Diagnosis (if applicable),
Personalized recommendations for therapy, accommodations, or next steps.
Accommodations Letter (2 Pages): $200
Provides a formal request for academic or workplace accommodations, tailored to your needs and based on your evaluation results. This can be added at any point after the evaluation.
How much are therapy sessions?
Individual Therapy: $200 per 55-minute appointment
Out-of-Network Coverage & Reimbursement
We are not in network with any insurance company. As an out-of-network provider, we provide a few options to make getting reimbursed easy and quick:
We offer the complimentary services of checking your benefits and submitting claims on your behalf once per month.
You can submit and track your claims with our online reimbursement system (Mentaya)
We will send you a monthly superbill (receipt for reimbursement) and you can upload it to your insurance company’s portal directly.
Insurance will often reimburse up to 50%–90% of the cost through your out-of-network benefits, depending on your plan.
