What services do you offer?

We offer individual therapy for adults and teens looking for support with Neurodivergence such as ADHD & Autism. Sessions take place virtually for clients in NY.

Are sessions confidential?

Our appointments are completely confidential. We are legally mandated to protect your information in accordance with HIPAA.

There are certain cases where we may have to break confidentiality, such as disclosing that you or someone else is in imminent danger, discussing past or present child or vulnerable adult abuse, or making threats to harm someone.

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network and don’t bill insurance directly to ensure personalized care without insurance restrictions. Many clients get reimbursed up to 50%–90% of the cost through their out-of-network benefits, depending on their plan.
